Beer Tip: Lagunitas 2009 Correction Ale

correctionale300Orange, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, even mango and a little toffee are the flavors associated with this wonderful American Pale Ale by Lagunitas. Smooth creamy mouthfeel slowly recedes to a bitter dry finish. You won’t find that stiff hop bite that comes with an IPA, but should be heady enough to please most hopheads. It’s an easy drinking beer at 6.3%abv.

Lagunitas is quickly becoming one of my favorite breweries. They seem to brew one spectacular beer after another — and they just keep coming.

I’ve been drinking this beer out of the bottle to this point, not too sure if anybody has it on tap.

And maybe we all are bozos on this bus.

Man, these guys keep putting out great beer.

Verdict: 4 on a scale to 5
